New York City: A Photo Story

“I love New York. You can pop out of the Underworld in Central Park, hail a taxi, head down Fifth Avenue with a giant hell hound loping behind you, and nobody even looks at you funny.”

Rick Riordan

New York is one of the most unique places on the planet. It’s got something for literally everyone, and if there isn’t that one special thing, you can make it a reality. Hopefully NYC is somewhere on your travel bucket list.

Whether you love seeing architecture, historical sites, nature, just want to go shopping or you want to get a great walk in by the river, New York City is a treasure trove full of secrets that are basically yours to find.

Almost a year ago to the day, I went to New York with my best friend.(Check out my guide to spending less than $50 for a whole day in the city). It wasn’t my first time, but we explored the city like tourists and had a blast.

I didn’t take as many pictures as I should have, but we were having too much fun to care. Take a look below at some of the most iconic places in NYC and discover some you may not know of!
